Faces from the ancient land of Lord Krishna
VRINDAVAN
There are certain places where one unknowingly feels the power of divine spirituality only to realise it after leaving the place. Vrindavan is one such city. This holy city covers many temples and places which gives a presence of Lord Krishna. Here, I got to know about emotions through expressions.
As we say that some things age well with time, same is with wisdom in a person. Someone looks into them and they can tell what kind of life the person has lead and lived. Like the star in a night sky, there's a ray of light in a person's eyes which tells so much about them.
People often tend to behave in order of the possessions they have. Here in the above images both the subjects depict their emotions through the things they are surrounded by. On the top is an elderly man with all the little he has showing how simple his life is whereas at the bottom the boy shows pride as he earns his own bread.
Nobody grows old by the number of years they have lived but by the things they saw and experienced. Lines on your face tell the emotions you have felt from so long and the things you have faced. A blank face is like a blank page which never got the chance to be written upon and leave a lesson with it. Stillness only comes when the mind is free and has utter silence in it.
People see things differently, few keep on with the things they are indulged in and others focus on the things that are present in front of them. In context to this, we can say that the women on the top are more connected to each other and the men at the bottom get distracted by the camera and break their conversation to look into the eyes of the machine which is only trying to capture the real moment.
Childhood is the face of innocence, unknowingness, curiosity, keenness, enthusiasm and so much more. When we are young, we are like a caterpillar wrapped up around a silk pad following the path of our guiding light. We slowly learn to break the wall, spread our wings and learn to fly. We possess enthusiasm towards life, the energy to face whatever comes in front of us. Here, an unabashed innocence can be seen in how the boy looks consumed in his eagerness to explore life.
When we try to understand a large group of people's emotions we also try to read their body movements and how they react to a certain event or circumstance. In the above pictures people are in deep spirituality towards the god and devotees are enjoying the joyous occasion. Their hands are in the air celebrating and cheering the name of Lord Krishna.

Thank you.
